Pants styling featuring the KNOTTED TOP, perfect from summer through autumn
This is part of a series where we select key pieces from our new collection—introduced during our Instagram Live in late August—and suggest ways to style them for summer and autumn.
This time, we have styled several looks centered around the "KNOTTED TOP."
Item introduction: KNOTTED TOP
The main feature of the "KNOTTED TOP" is the total of eight panels of fabric sewn into the side seams that can be tied at the front.
Made from a soft, highly stretchable material, you can adjust the knots to suit your body shape and desired silhouette.
Like the MESH LAYER TOP introduced in Vol. 2, the sleeves feature the "super long top" design that is a seasonal staple at muller of yoshiokubo.
Summer styling for the KNOTTED TOP
Fukushima-san, who joined us for the live stream, paired it with the GLARE SLIT PANTS for a look in soft earth tones.
To balance the design-forward bottoms, the key is wearing the top without tying the ribbons.
Doing so adds a relaxed atmosphere to the elegant look.
For this soft-toned coordinate, she added accent colors with her bag and shoes, creating a more sophisticated impression.

Autumn styling for the KNOTTED TOP
For autumn styling, we opted for a substantial look with black bottoms.
The GRASS PANTS paired here are also a new item for autumn.
They feature a design with different textures on the front and back, and are made from 100% polyester. They are easy to care for and perfect for the coming season.
