Summer Outfit Ideas vol.1

With the fourth state of emergency declared, many of you are likely planning to spend your summer vacation close to home.

As we head into the intense heat of a Japanese summer, we want to shift our focus away from clothes meant for showing off or attending events, and instead embrace pieces that allow us to feel truly comfortable.

Over the next two weeks, we will be sharing outfit ideas to help you enjoy the summer.

1

The asymmetric sleeves, with their voluminous gathers, are the highlight of this design, adding a feminine touch. Pair them with denim to dress them down for a look that is perfectly casual without being overly sweet. Adding accessories in vivid colors will instantly bring out a seasonal feel.

2

This T-shirt features a photo print taken by the designer on their travels. With its understated saturation and fit, it’s a design that’s easy to incorporate into any outfit. For this rough-style T-shirt, pairing it with light-reflecting pants creates a sharp, well-balanced look. It can also be worn with draped bottoms for a balanced silhouette.

3

A basic cut-and-sew piece with a striking back detail. The crisp fabric, somewhere between a T-shirt and a sweatshirt, is opaque enough to wear with confidence. The back is just as carefully considered, with the zipper serving as a lovely accent. It looks especially cute when you wear your hair up.

This logo T-shirt, featuring "COLD DARK MATTER" printed on the back, is a design that even adults can easily pull off. Its loose silhouette and thin cotton material give it a light, breezy feel, and it also works great for sun protection. Because the top has a cool vibe, pairing it with pops of color on the bottom adds a fresh and playful touch.

We’ve introduced outfits perfect for casual, everyday scenes that differ from your usual going-out wear. We hope you find items that make choosing your clothes on hot summer days a little more fun.

Next week continues with Vol. 2. Stay tuned!
